Diary

Dear diary,

My name is Jimmy. Today i would like to tell you about my journey to the jungle near the equator of South America. The temprature here is very hot and the humidity is very high, so I can hardly breath.
I'm here with my friends Amanda, Rosa, Larry and a group of scientists. We are going to search for the Mysteria and some other special plants and flowers.
There are a lot of dangerous animals in here and I'm a little afraid of them.
One day when i was washing myself in the pool, i saw a crocodile that almost bite my leg. It was very frightening situation and i got out of the pool quickly.
Another dangerous adventure which i would like to tell you about happened few days after that: my friend Larry wanted to sea a bird's nest, so he raised his hand to a branch to pull himself nearer, suddenly a Boa wrapped itself around Larry.
I ran to the camp to ask for help than i didn't see my steps and i fell into a pit.
Finally the whole party came, they could hardly find me because the whole could not be seen but doctor Stewart rescued me.
By the way, don't worry about Larry because the snake that was twisted around him run away from him.

As you can understand leaving in the jungle is not so simple...

The Main Character

The main character is Judy Moody. Judy Moody's appearance is not arranged.

Judy Moody, third-grader, big sister, avid collector, and future doctor . . . but most of all, famous for her many moods.

The plot: Judy woke up in the morning, she ate eight bowls of cereal and found a prize. The prize was a mood ring with a little piece of cardboard showing the colors of the moods. Judy put the mood ring on her finger and the ring turned black (black meant grouchy, impossible). Judy didn't understand why the ring was black, so she threw it to the bin because she thought it was broken. Her brother Stink found the ring in the bin and took it for himself. He put the ring on his finger and it turned green (green meant jealous, envy).
Judy came into Stink's room and saw him with her mood ring, she also saw that the ring was green and was working and unbroken. She wanted the ring back but Stink didn't give it to her and said he found it in the bin.
Judy said that she knows how to predict the future but for that she needs the ring on her finger, so Stink gave Judy the ring and she predicted many things.
One day she came to school with her mood ring and during the recess she showed it to all her friends and predicted their moods with the mood ring.
